Data Deletion Policy

QALSER Inc. is committed to giving you full control over your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from QOSYN and what happens when you do.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

  • In-app:Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Email: Send a request to support@qalser.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"

2. What We Delete

Upon receiving and processing your deletion request, we will permanently delete the following data:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
  • OAuth tokens and connection data for all connected platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Bluesky
  • All generated and saved content (posts, drafts, templates)
  • AI chat history and prompts
  • Scheduling data and content calendar entries
  • Subscription and billing identifiers (Stripe customer ID)

3. What We Retain

Certain data may be retained after deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data that cannot be traced back to you
  • Legal records: Transaction records and invoices as required by tax and financial regulations
  • Abuse prevention: Limited data necessary to prevent fraud or enforce our Terms of Service

4. Platform-Specific Instructions

Deleting your QOSYN account revokes our access to your social media accounts, but it does not remove content already published to those platforms. To fully remove published content or revoke app permissions, you should also:

  • Facebook/Instagram/Threads:Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove QOSYN
  • LinkedIn:Go to Settings → Data Privacy → Permitted Services → Remove QOSYN
  • Twitter/X:Go to Settings → Security and Account Access → Apps → Revoke QOSYN
  • TikTok:Go to Settings → Manage App Permissions → Remove QOSYN
  • Pinterest:Go to Settings → Apps → Revoke QOSYN
  • YouTube/Google:Go to Google Account → Security → Third-party access → Remove QOSYN
  • Bluesky:Go to Settings → App Passwords → Revoke QOSYN access

5. Timeline

  • We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
  • Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of the request
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

6. Facebook Data Deletion Callback

In compliance with Meta Platform requirements, QOSYN provides a data deletion callback URL. When you remove QOSYN from your Facebook account settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we initiate the deletion process for all Facebook-related data associated with your account.
